Ski & Snowboard Lesson Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To help us staff appropriately and provide the best possible experience for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all ski and snowboard lessons:

Lesson Cancellations & Changes

  • 24 hours or more notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time will receive a full refund or lesson credit.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice:  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time are non-refundable.

  • No-shows:  Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled lesson and do not notify us in advance will be charged the full lesson amount.

Weather & Operational Conditions

  • Lessons will be held in most weather conditions.

  • If Dry Hill Ski Area cancels lessons due to weather, lift operations, or safety concerns, guests will receive a full refund or lesson credit.

Group & Private Lessons

  • This policy applies to private lessons, group lessons, multi-week programs, and children’s programs, unless otherwise noted at the time of booking.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Please contact the Ticket Office or Snowsports School by phone or in person to cancel or reschedule your lesson.
