Dry Hill Kitchen is the next chapter in a story that began with The Farm House Kitchen, a beloved culinary destination founded by Boo Wells in Sackets Harbor, New York, in 2002.
Built on a passion for fresh ingredients, warm hospitality, and thoughtfully prepared food, The Farm House Kitchen became known for its farm-to-table approach, creative menus, cooking classes, and memorable catered events throughout the North Country.
In 2022, Boo and her family purchased Dry Hill Ski Area, bringing that same love of food, community, and gathering to the hill. Today, Dry Hill Kitchen continues the tradition with seasonal dining, hands-on cooking experiences, and special event catering designed to bring people together.
From intimate dinners and private celebrations to cooking classes, weddings, community events, and slope-side gatherings, Dry Hill Kitchen blends rustic charm with elevated comfort food and a deep appreciation for local flavors.
